I was also wondering about my own show team. I entered 13 birds. There were a few good ones among them, but the best ones were flecked so I was unsure what the judges would think of them.
When I got back to the show hall after the judging I immediately got some congratulations. It seemed they didn't mind the flecking too much as one of the flecked ones took Best Young Cock Beginner In Show.
It turned out I also took groups 1 through 4. Not a bad result.
