Next to a budgerigar enthusiast I'm also a statistician by education. This great talk for non statisticians about statistics. It shows statistics aren't easy even for experts in other fields. It starts of with a few jokes about statisticians.

There is also a great TED video advocating more statistics and less algebra in our schools. Who ever uses algebra in his/her daily live -except mathematicians and engineers-? But probability we use all the time! Here's Arthur Benjamin explaining it:
